We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue this Service. You accept that you may no longer be able to replace Downloads if we discontinue the Service.

The Catch™ website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions. By using the Catch™ website you agree to be bound by the relevant Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will endeavour to announce these changes on the Catch™ website. If you continue to use the Catch™ Service this indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

It is your obligation to ensure that all details personal or otherwise provided by you to Catch™ are correct, complete and up to date at all times. You are specifically obliged and accept full responsibility to update and keep up to date personal data held by us, provided by you at all times. Please ensure you update your profile if there are any changes to your personal data.

You acknowledge that Catch™ has relied on and will rely on the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you on registration and at any time thereafter.

When you register to use the Catch™ website you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows or may have gained access to your password you should change it immediately.

The content of the Catch™, associated and linked websites are protected by Intellectual Property rights, including but not limited to; copyright, trademarks, database and other property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Catch™ website and/or associated and/or linked websites without the prior written permission of Catch™ or the relevant associated entity.

No license is granted to you in the Terms and Conditions to use any trademark of Catch™ or its affiliated companies including but not limited to; 'Hash6', 'Catch media', 'Catch fm' for use with the relevant classes of trademark including but not limited to; 'music', 'mobile', 'advertising', 'podcasting' and 'radio'.

You are not permitted to transfer or store electronic copies of materials protected by Intellectual Property rights without the prior written permission of Catch™ or the relevant owner.

Due to the nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the Service you should report it to Customer Services by email at customercare@catch.fm and we will endeavour to correct the fault as soon as reasonably possible.

Your access to the Catch™ website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Catch™ will endeavour to restore the service as soon as is reasonably possible.

Catch™ reserves the right to suspend or cancel your registration at our reasonable discretion. Catch™ specifically reserves the right to suspend or cancel your registration/subscription with immediate effect if you breach any of your obligations under any of the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.

Catch™ Credit expires 180 days after your last credit purchase or action that used Credit e.g. Purchase tracks, top up your account etc.

Each purchase or action resets the expiry time to 180 days.

If you do not use your remaining credit within the time allowed the balance will automatically expire. Catch™ will endeavour to send you reminder emails in advance of your credit expiration.

All sales are final and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the service you are not able to cancel any purchases of downloads after you have confirmed payment.

Downloads may not be returned for any reason unless they are defective. In exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.
