After  feeling, well maybe a little disappointed after the Irish v USA Rugby World Cup opener,  RTÉ 2fm DJs Ruth Scott & Paddy McKenna decided to try and help put a bit of 'Fire in the Belly' of the Irish squad in New Zealand.


The two presenters put out a call to listeners for songs that would ignite, inspire and motivate the Irish team to great things. This list was then sent directly to some of the players in the lead up to the Australian game. Irish captain Brian O'Driscoll tweeted presenter Paddy McKenna to say his pick of the Top 5 was AC/DC and if he could add one more track to the list it would be Arcade Fire - 'Wake up'. Jamie Heaslip chose Kasabian and Chemical Brothers as the songs that would get him rocking pre-match.

 
This Sunday morning Ireland play Italy in a crucial deciding fixture in Rugby World Cup Group C and these are the songs the Irish team will again be listening to for their pre-match preparation.
