Ryan spoke to Emma who has been in the retail business for the past 6 years - she was very sad and emotional this morning because she is closing the boutique door today for the very last time.
Niamh got in touch to say that she and her partner closed their glassware business 18 months ago. They have three kids and things were really crappy for them the first few months. Niamh went back to college - she's training to be a counsellor. Her heart goes out to Emma this morning.
Vicky was listening to Sandra yesterday and she really admired her confidence (Sandra is a naturist). Vicky chatted to Ryan about why she was so insecure about her own body and how she wishes she had the courage that naturists do to freely walk around completely naked. Vicky lost 14 stone and is now a size 16 and a plus size model which she loves doing.

Orlaith called in to ask Nina about a problem with perspiration. She is overweight and is on medication for depression.
Jacinta is in her 40's and has always had good skin. Recently she developed Resaca and eczema on her face and neck. She has been using steroid and hydro-cortesone creams for about a month and find they only work if she continually uses them all the time. She asked Nina what causes this out of the blue and whether there's a way of getting it cleared up.
We were talking about whether you tell your spouse or partner EVERYTHING - or whether you can keep a secret. Are you a sieve or a sponge?! Marie got in touch to tell Ryan that both herself and her hubby are sponges - so much so, that when she was on home dialysis they kept it a secret, only trusting a couple of close friends. Most of their friends are sponges which is a fantastic trait. Marie was told a secret 36 years ago and she's never ever divulged it to anybody.
