With Oxegen 2010 now receding from memory it's full steam ahead to our next major festival date of the Summer The Electric Picnic. In anticipation of that we give you the live set of The XX from last years Electric Picnic. The Londoners released one of the best debut albums of last year (or indeed any year) and a few weeks later played The Electric Arena at the Stradbally festival. So tune into Dan this Thursday at 9pm for a taster cross over with him to 2xm at 11pm!

Top German Indie foursome The Notwist hail from Weilheim in Oberbayern near Munich in
Bavaria. Their early records moved through heavy metal into dark indie rock,
their recent efforts for which they've received the most attention have been
very strongly influenced by the electronica scene, along with the other groups on the record label Morr Music. This live show contains most of the songs from their 2002 album, Neon Golden.
