If required, you must be available to take a call from the show on 2/2/12 in order to win the prize.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner.

The prize is non-transferable.
Holiday must be completed before 30/05/12, no extensions permitted. If the holiday is not completed by 30/05/12, it will be deemed to have been forfeited. No changes will be permitted once tickets are booked and issued. All elements are subject to advanced booking and availability, may exclude some peak dates, not all date ranges may be catered for.
Holiday prize for 1 winner includes return economy-class flights for 2 from Dublin to New York (airline(s), airport(s), route as specified by the Promoter), 4 night's accommodation for 2 in a 4-star hotel in New York, (room-only, based on 2 sharing, standard room, hotel as specified by the Promoter ), city tour for 2 (tickets as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative tickets will be offered, strictly non-transferable, transferred tickets will not be honoured.
US$1,000 spending money will be paid by euro cheque, issued to the winner, with exchange rate set at date of issue. Allow 28 days for delivery.
Travel insurance and transfers to/from Dublin airport and abroad are not included.
Winner and guest must hold valid travel insurance for the holiday duration and the Promoter may require winner and guest to show evidence of valid travel insurance prior to travel.
Winner and guest must hold valid passports and are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g telephone charges, meals, room service, excursions etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
Any requested and permitted upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense.
Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday and the holiday prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
Please allow a minimum of 28 days for delivery. Should the delivery time take longer, the prize winner will be notified.
