WHAT'S HAPPENING AROUND IRELAND
Extreme Ballbuster, Heather Irvine was on again with Ballbusters so if you missed out here are some details on what is happening around the country:
It was all go in the month of March for Extreme Ballbuster, Heather Irvine. The highlight of the month was Mountain Biking with Biking.ie in Ballinastoe, Co Wicklow. She also gave rock climbing in Co Kerry with Outdoors Ireland (http://www.outdoorsireland.com/) a shot and spent several hours falling off a surf board in Co Donegal with the lovely lads at Turf n Surf on one of their recession sessions which cost just
€79 for three nights B&B and 2 surf lessons!(http://www.turfnsurf.ie/)
There are lots of amazing events coming up in April. There is the 53 Degrees North Walking Festival (http://www.53degreesnorth.ie/), the Wicklow Adventure Race (http://www.wicklowadventurerace.com/),
TurfnSurf's Easter Chocoholics Anonymous Party (http://www.turfnsurf.ie/), The Cooley Legends Half Marathon
(http://cooleylegendshalfmarathon.wordpress.com/) and the Monster Mac (http://www.monstermac.ie/).
The next time you hear from Heather she will have hopefully have got around the Wicklow Adventure Race in one piece and be preparing for a 24 hour skiathon on May 6 (www.skicentre.ie). She will have also give kitesurfing a try for the very first time! There will also be a full lowdown of all of the exciting events happening throughout June!
If you have any questions on Heathers activates please email Heather at Outsider Magazine at Heather@outsider.ie
