On the War(paint)path

I’ve been so into Warpaint’s tune New Song and their 3rd album Heads Up is out Friday. This recent interview with them in the Irish Times is excellent.

Ariana is a Broadway Baby

New Ariana Grande tune Jason’s Song is something different if you’re used to her R&B pop sound. Last night she performed the song, previously a bonus track on her album, on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon. Backed by the Roots and Jason Robert Brown, who wrote the song, she put in an amazing performance. Peep it below. Also Popcrush has some good background on how Grande is partial to this style of music in their write up of the performance. Knowledge!

5 times the girl power

Fifth Harmony play Dublin for the first time later this month and fan fave That’s My Girl is likely to go down a treat. It now has a shiny new video, a Mad Max-esque girl power adventure. A pop banger to be fair!

Back at it tomorrow with more music and fun, see you at 8pm!
